Job Overview
We are looking for Business Operations team members to join our early team. This is a role for a sharp, scrappy operator who wants to learn the business by working in it. Depending on company needs, you will be placed in one area of the business, such as customer operations, revenue operations, people operations, or hiring, and own it end to end.

You will work directly with founders and team leads, and there may be opportunities to take on work in other areas over time as the company grows. This is not a narrow role with a rigid playbook. You will figure things out, build systems, and take real ownership of your area.

You need to be genuinely curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by the idea that no problem is "not your job."
