The Area Manager – Lift is an elite entry point into our Talent Pipeline Accelerator. Explicitly reserved for high-potential internal stars and top-tier external candidates, this role is designed for leaders who demonstrate analytical maturity and drive. You will spend your first 12 months mastering core operational excellence, eliminating systemic inefficiencies at your site, and preparing to fast-track your path into country-wide, cross-functional leadership.
