SF Senior Project Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes — providing strategic project governance, executive client partnership, and cross-team leadership at scale. This role carries competency leadership accountability: you define the governance frameworks others operate within, manage C-suite relationships, and build the capability of the project management team. We screen hardest for programme judgement, executive presence, and commercial stewardship at scale. HRTech programme experience matters, with SuccessFactors preferred and Workday or Oracle equally welcome; we will also consider outstanding programme leaders from adjacent enterprise-transformation domains.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead programmes not just projects — own large, complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes spanning multiple vendors, integration partners, and onshore/offshore delivery teams, optimising multi-track delivery aligned with the client's & business priorities.
- Define the governance model — establish programme governance structures, frameworks, and reporting cadence that prevent surprises across every workstream.
