The ideal candidate will be adept at pre-workshop analysis, preparedness, team leadership and possess the ability to serve as a bridge between customer needs and our internal teams. Job Scope:

• Pre-Workshop Analysis & Preparedness: Lead solution consulting to conduct thorough pre-workshop analysis to understand customer needs and concerns. Prepare documentation and analysis reports to ensure effective workshop outcomes.
• Host Workshop, Baseline Requirements: Facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive requirements from clients. Collaborate with internal teams to establish baseline requirements for the implementation.
• Solutionize Customer Needs & Concerns, Suggest Work-Arounds, Secure Workbook Sign-Off: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing innovative solutions. Propose and implement workarounds to address challenges. Ensure sign-off on the implementation workbook from stakeholders.
