About the Role
As a Veterinary Account Manager, you're the one person at Roo your vets know by name: the first call when something's wrong, the advocate in the room when decisions affect them, and the reason they keep choosing Roo. You'll spot risks before they become churn and directly grow the revenue line the company watches most.
The role blends genuine relationship building with a data-informed operating rhythm. You'll work from booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to know each vet's story, catch changes early, and decide where your week goes. You'll also represent Roo
