Role Overview

Compensation: $22.50/hrSchedule: Full-time | Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings (with 2 days off each week)

Additional benefits:

• You will be provided with transportation for this position during peak season (ending Sept 15th). Note after Sept 15th you will be required to have your own reliable transportation. 
• You will receive $100/month for tools and equipment

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you're the on-the-ground expert keeping our short-term rental homes functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You'll be field-based, covering a subset of homes in your zone, and reporting to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your work directly shapes guest satisfaction, review scores, and the care of our homeowners' properties.
