HR Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused HR Coordinator to support expatriate employees and senior staff while serving as a key liaison between Rosebel Gold Mines (RGM) and Group Human Resources.
In this role, you will coordinate expatriate recruitment, mobilization, onboarding, employment administration, and retention, while providing HR support to senior employees. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient HR service delivery, compliance, and workforce continuity through strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Group HR Work Connection.
Strictly implement the Group's HR management systems, salary and welfare, performance appraisal and other system standards, and complete the HR data statistics, report submission, process approval and other work assigned by the Group on time.
Be responsible for the communication and coordination of HR work between the mine and the Group, timely synchronize the mine's HR demand, employment status, talent training and other information, and implement the Group's overseas HR strategic deployment.
