Mill General Superintendent
Role Summary
Lead and coordinate mill maintenance activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Planning teams to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective maintenance and maximize plant availability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of the Mill Maintenance Plan and ensure alignment across maintenance departments.
Oversee maintenance planning, execution, asset management, and maintenance performance.
Ensure critical assets have effective lifecycle and preventive maintenance plans.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, system data, costs, and plant availability to drive performance.
Manage maintenance budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, develop, and coordinate maintenance teams, ensuring adequate manpower, training, and resources.
Drive continuous improvement and promote proactive maintenance practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, or relevant technical qualification.
Minimum 10 years of maintenance, engineering, or planning experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
