Application Manager ERP (IFS)

In Short 
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Manager ERP (IFS) to join our IT Application Services team whilst we are expanding our capabilities in Croatia. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IFS ERP system to support our business processes and ensure seamless operations of our global company.

Next to that, you will act as a mentor with regards to more junior Application Managers, helping them navigate day-to-day tasks and develop their skills. While you won’t be their direct line manager, your guidance and collaboration will ensure they quickly become an effective member of the team.

Currently, we are on a two year path to upgrade IFS to the latest version (IFS Cloud) which you will extensively be involved in.
 

Your Work 
As an Application Manager ERP you will support and further develop Royal IHC's ERP  landscape, whilst working on our global IFS platform.

Our ERP application management team works according to the scrum methodology. In an international environment you will work closely with other application managers, product owners (per functional discipline), integration specialists and data engineers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain the IFS ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions that align with business objectives.
• Mentor a junior level Application Manager in their day-to-day tasks and developing their skills.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP system.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
• Work with external vendors and consultants to enhance the ERP system and integrate it with other business applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes, configurations, and customizations.

Your Profile

For the position of Application Manager ERP, we are looking for someone who has: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in managing and supporting ERP systems. Experience in the use of IFS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-national team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the EU occasionally when required.
