You will:

• Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team - answering questions, investigating issues, and unblocking client-facing work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling - including high-impact cases on key accounts.
