As our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) focus deeper on strategic business alignment, PXO provides the core infrastructure, standardized workflows, and modern technology that keep our global team moving fast.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Process Excellence to serve as the global architect for our People Operations operating model. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end process infrastructure across the employee lifecycle—starting with our core HRBP/PXO service model for Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Separations, and expanding across Talent Operations, HR Services, Compliance, Mobility, and Contingent Workforce.
