About the Role:
Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a digitally-led marketing professional to join our marketing team. As a Sr. Analyst, Retargeting & Remarketing, you will be a key driver of our mission to be the most engaging off-price style destination. You will lead initiatives to drive top-line growth through Member re-engagement and reactivation, specifically focusing on the execution of our strategy and execution of our retargeting and remarketing programs across major ad platforms (Meta, Google, and beyond).
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner with Technology, Product, Creative, and Merchandising teams to deliver measurable results. You will gain deep exposure to the intersection of Ad Tech and retail while solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment.
