Job Summary:
Ruggable is looking for a Plant Manager to join our LA Plant Leadership Team. The LA Plant Manager position directs and manages all plant operations with overall accountability for safety, production, maintenance, quality, cost control, and all other production-related activities. The Plant Manager will also drive forward-thinking continuous improvement and optimization of all processes within the plant.
