Role Overview

The Events Lead owns event-driven demand generation.

This role generates pipeline through owned events, curated roundtables, and high-signal executive gatherings.

Events are treated as revenue-generating infrastructure.

Core Mandate

The Events Lead is accountable for:

• Designing revenue-focused events

• Generating qualified pipeline from events

• Managing event-to-opportunity conversion

• Building recurring event frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Plan executive roundtables and industry sessions

• Partner with Sales Directors on event strategy

• Track event-attributed revenue

• Optimize event ROI and conversion metrics
