Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Cement Mason Foreman to oversee daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead a team of union craft employees, ensure adherence to safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities/Functions:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Working with the Superintendent to schedule work assignments and manage workflow to optimize productivity.
