Head of Finance Operations

We’re looking for a Head of Finance Operations to run the day-to-day finance function of the group: to make sure the books close on time and are right, that our compliance obligations in every country we operate in are met, and that the processes behind all of this get better every month.

SafeSize is a global FitTech company specialising in AI-powered 3D foot scanning and personalised footwear fitting, with a growing customisation platform. We are entering a growth stage and moving to a new, retail-centred business model, and we are strengthening the finance function to match.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a senior, hands-on role with a strong accounting backbone. You will own the execution of finance operations and the policies and controls that make them repeatable, take the lead on the group audit, transfer-pricing documentation and the overall relationship with our external accountants and the tax authorities, and act as the finance partner to Commercial, Operations and Logistics.
