Based in our Jersey City, NJ office, this role offers a unique opportunity to apply data-driven decision making, AI acumen, internal communications, and program-building skills to initiatives that shape how our employees work, connect, understand key priorities, and thrive across a distributed organization.
You’ll work closely with People Team leaders and collaborate with IT, Facilities, Communications, and business leaders to analyze data, evaluate trends, support thoughtful employee-facing messaging, and strengthen our culture, employee experience, and future of work strategy. Reporting to the Director, Learning & Culture TBC, this role is perfect for someone excited about building a career at the intersection of people, data, AI, communications, and culture.
