Build the system that brings us customers
This is a builder-first role working directly with the founders. As our first GTM engineering hire, you will build Sainapse’s customer-acquisition system with agents, data, code, and experiments. Qualified enterprise demos are the north-star metric. Your work should create useful customer conversations and pipeline, and turn proven internal workflows into product.
What you will build
An empirical ideal-customer-profile system: discover accounts, enrich data, score fit, segment, and prioritize using downstream outcomes.
Research, personalized messaging, sequences, qualification, and booking workflows with reliable attribution and data quality.
Experiments across outbound, search, content, paid channels, events, partnerships, and useful tools. Define hypotheses and measurement, then stop, improve, or scale based on evidence.
