Member of Technical Staff
The role
As a Member of Technical Staff at Sainapse, you will build the shared platform that turns enterprise customer workflows into reliable software. You will own difficult product and systems problems across agentic workflows, data, integrations, and enterprise infrastructure.
Your primary responsibility is the product and platform. You will work directly with customers when it clarifies what to build; Forward Deployed Engineers own scoped customer POCs, implementation, and production launch.
What you’ll do
Build shared platform capabilities: customer-context models, integration and tool frameworks, permissions, evaluations, and deployment primitives.
Build reliable backend and product systems across APIs, event-driven workflows, data models, and user-facing tools.
Integrate with CRMs, ERPs, helpdesks, inboxes, document pipelines, and customer-owned infrastructure.
Improve the accuracy, latency, observability, security, and cost of production AI systems.
Work with customers and FDEs to turn repeated integration and workflow patterns into reusable product. Help build self-serve onboarding as the platform matures.
