Software Engineer (Platform)

Sakana AIでは、自然界から発想を得るユニークな生成AI技術により世界を先駆ける研究開発を行っています。Platform Teamでは、これらの最先端の研究をエンタープライズソリューションとして提供していくための土台となるエージェント実行基盤、評価基盤、ナレッジベースなどのモジュールを開発し、ソリューション開発を効率化することをミッションとしています。このミッションを共に推進するSoftware Engineerを募集しています。

Platformの「ユーザー」は、Platformを利用してソリューションを開発する社内外の開発者、またはAIエージェント自体です。優れた基盤は、堅牢なバックエンドだけでなく、それを使う開発者やエージェントが直感的に扱えるインターフェース（API、SDK、管理画面、ダッシュボード等）があって初めて価値を発揮します。そのため、自らをインフラの作り手としてだけでなく「プロダクトの作り手」と捉え、ユーザーの体験を起点に基盤を設計できる方を求めています。

この職務は、日本を拠点とし、日本語でのビジネスレベルの会話および業務文書を理解する能力が求められます。
