Admin Crossdock
The Crossdock Administrator will support the day-to-day operational activities across the company’s cross-dock locations, ensuring smooth communication between operators, transport teams and internal stakeholders. The role combines operational support, stock monitoring, reporting, incident resolution and process compliance, with a strong focus on ensuring that activities are performed accurately and according to established procedures.
Role description:
• Provide day-to-day operational support to cross-dock locations and assist operators with WMS, scanning and verification processes
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating critical situations when necessary
• Monitor stock levels, operational capacity and availability of box pallets across assigned locations
• Coordinate transfers, loading/unloading activities and operational communication with transport teams
• Maintain accurate operational information and stock updates in SharePoint
• Prepare daily reports regarding stock levels, incidents and location status
• Support the onboarding and training of operators and ensure operational procedures are followed correctly
• Document operational incidents and non-conformities and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or university degree
• Previous experience in a similar operational, logistics, warehouse administration or support position
• Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in working with different software applications
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to operational details and accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with operators and internal teams
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to react effectively in time-sensitive situations
