Project Manager – EPC (High Voltage Substations)
Your tasks & responsabilities:
Lead and coordinate EPC projects in high voltage substations (110–400 kV)
Plan and manage project scope, budget, timeline and resources
Develop WBS, project schedule and Project Execution Plan (PEP)
Monitor KPIs, costs and profitability; initiate corrective actions when needed
Identify and manage project risks and maintain the Risk Register
Coordinate site activities together with the Site Manager
Supervise subcontractors, contracts, testing and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements and HSE regulations
Lead progress meetings and maintain communication with clients, designers and authorities
Prepare monthly reports and final project closing documentation
Your Profile
University degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering or similar technical field
3–5 years of experience in EPC project management (energy / oil & gas / industrial projects)
Experience with high voltage substations (110–400 kV)
Strong knowledge of substation technologies, SCADA systems, protection systems and regulations
Solid leadership, coordination and resource planning skills
Driving license (Category B) and availability for business travel / site presence
Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
PMP / PRINCE2 certification or experience with MS Project / Primavera is a plus
Knowledge of ANRE regulations or certification (4A / 4B) is considered an advantage
