Trainer French & English

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions in French and English.

• Facilitate onboarding, product, process, and soft-skills training.

• Coach and support learners through their development journey.

• Identify performance gaps and provide targeted feedback and improvement plans.

• Partner closely with Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from training to production.

• Support the creation and continuous improvement of training materials, e learning content, and learning initiatives.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
