Sales Manager

Salla is where Saudi commerce goes to sell online - 60,000+ merchants already run their business on us. We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead the team that brings the region's largest merchants on board.

This is a hands-on leadership role - you carry a number, not just oversee one. Alongside building and coaching the team, you personally generate leads and close deals, and you step into the biggest opportunities yourself when it counts. You run a disciplined pipeline and turn qualified prospects into signed, activated merchants, setting the standard for the team by doing the work, not just directing it. If you lead with precision and urgency and build pipeline on genuine fit rather than volume, this one's for you.

What you'll do:

• Personally generate leads and close deals - this is a hands-on role where you carry your own number, not just manage the team's.
• Own enterprise merchant acquisition across targeted verticals - from qualified pipeline through to signed, activated accounts.
• Build, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sales reps through structured 1-on-1s, live deal coaching, and clear performance management.
• Own the integrity of your team's pipeline and forecast - holding the line between optimism and a real commitment.
• Manage the funnel by the numbers - diagnosing where deals stall and directing the team's focus with data.
• Own CRM discipline across the tea
