About the role

We're hiring a Trainers Team Lead to run and grow our team of sales trainers and field collector trainers in a fast-growing fintech company. You make sure our field teams get consistent, high-quality training, delivered on time, even as products and priorities change quickly.

You plan trainer capacity, manage workload, develop trainers' skills, and own the quality of training delivery and materials, improving them continuously through feedback and business performance data. The role sits within Partners &
