Job Description

 We are recruiting for new CMF Designer Bags! 

Here are the main missions of the role: 

Trend Research & Creative Direction

• Identify and interpret global, cultural, emerging, and sports trends to build seasonal CMF (Color, Material, Graphics & Finishes) stories and creative directions.
• Ensure consistency with brand DNA across categories and price points.
• Contribute to product assortments aligned with merchandising strategies.

Color & Graphics Development

• Define and apply color strategies, colorways, and color-blocking across product ranges.
• Create, maintain, and manage technical colorway documentation and system integration.
• Create and adapt graphics, explore printing techniques, and oversee execution on prototypes.

Product Development & Execution

• Monitor feasibility and consistency throughout the development process.
• Review and approve CMF execution at key milestones, providing feedback to suppliers and factories.
• Ensure successful implementation from concept through final product.

Materials Innovation & Sustainability

• Develop innovative material, trim, and finish solutions in collaboration with Product Design.
• Build and enrich material libraries with functional, advanced, and inspiring material options.
• Integrate sustainable material, color, and finish solutions aligned with brand sustainability goals.

Voici les principales missions du poste :

Recherche de tendances & Direction créative

• Identifier et interpréter les tendances mondiales, culturelles, émergentes et sportives afin de développer des histoires saisonnières et des orientations créatives CMF (Couleurs, Matières, Graphismes & Finitions).
• Garantir la cohérence avec l’ADN de la marque à travers les différentes catégories de produits et niveaux de prix.
• Contribuer à la définition des assortiments produits en adéquation avec les stratégies de merchandising.

Développement Couleurs & Graphismes

• Définir et déployer les stratégies couleurs, les coloris et les approches de color-blocking sur les différentes gammes de produits.
• Créer, mettre à jour et gérer la documentation technique des coloris ainsi que leur intégration dans les systèmes dédiés.
• Créer et adapter des graphismes, explorer les techniques d’impression et suivre leur mise en œuvre sur les prototypes.

Développement Produit & Suivi de l’exécution

• Assurer la faisabilité et la cohérence des projets tout au long du processus de développement.
• Contrôler et valider l’exécution CMF aux étapes clés du développement, en fournissant un retour constructif aux fournisseurs et aux usines.
• Garantir la bonne mise en œuvre des concepts jusqu’au produit final.

Innovation Matières & Durabilité

• Développer des solutions innovantes en matière de matériaux, composants et finitions en collaboration avec les équipes Product Design.
• Construire et enrichir les bibliothèques matières en identifiant des solutions fonctionnelles, avancées, inspirantes et innovantes.
• Intégrer des solutions responsables en matière de matériaux, couleurs et finitions, en cohérence avec les objectifs de durabilité de la marque.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (Bac+3 to Bac+5) and at least 2 years of professional experience as well as:

• Knowledge of issues and processes related to color and materials 

• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills 

• High color sensitivity required 

• Awareness of current design trends as well as global and emerging trends 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Proficiency in industry-specific software 

• Languages: Fluent English desired

Nous recherchons un profil Bac+3 à Bac +5 en design avec 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle minimum, ainsi que: 

• Une connaissance des problématiques et process liés à la couleur et à la matière 

• D'excellentes compétences en communication visuelle et de présentation 

• Une acuité des couleurs élevée

• Une connaissance des tendances actuelles en matière de design, mais aussi globales et émergeantes 

• Une maitrise du Pack Office 

• Une maitrise des logiciels métiers 

• Langues: Anglais courant souhaité.
