The Dock Sortation Lead owns the daily sortation operation at our Chamblee location: packages in, team managed, every SLA hit, every driver handed off clean. Your job is to run the dock: every package sorted, every SLA hit, and your team executing at standard from the moment the first pallet arrives.

Your shift starts around 1:00am. Pallets arrive, packages get scanned and sorted into batches
