About the Role
We're looking for Full-Time Fulfillment Specialists at our Dallas Locations. Both in Farmers Branch and Carrollton to join our team and work with us to deliver logistics and customer service to our Members. Internally, this role is known as a Member Specialist — a title that reflects the heart of what you'll do: showing up for real small business owners every single day.
You should be ready for a mix of physical activity, community upkeep, and partnering with members to tackle projects daily. While you'll be doing fulfillment and fulfillment-adjacent activities — from receiving inventory to shipping orders and everything in between — this is not a typical warehouse job.
