Role Mission
As Project Manager SaaS Implementation, reporting to the Global Implementation Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, acting as the primary client liaison, and serving as the operational backbone of the practice to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
