Overview

We are seeking a Data Engineer to help build and operationalize the data, monitoring, and analytics capabilities used to measure network and service performance. Working in DataMiner cloud platform, you will define monitoring triggers, organize performance data, and help turn complex operational information into meaningful dashboards and reporting. This role will work with large volumes of network and operational data to create reliable data pipelines, monitoring frameworks, dashboards, alerts, and executive-level insights.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working with Skyline DataMiner and combines strong data engineering and business intelligence capabilities with an understanding of network or telecommunications performance data. The Data Engineer will help transform data from multiple systems into actionable intelligence, enabling teams to understand how services are performing, identify when recovery mechanisms are activated
