Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead to establish, operationalize, and lead a new enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) supporting multiple strategic business transformation initiatives within a complex asset-intensive organization. This executive leader will build the PMO from the ground up, creating the governance framework, operating model, methodologies, tools, reporting, performance metrics, and execution disciplines necessary to successfully deliver enterprise-wide transformation programs. This highly visible leadership role requires exceptional executive presence, business acumen, organizational discipline, and the ability to rapidly understand complex business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, establish executive priorities, and translate strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps.
