Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the rollout of one of our client's largest and most complex digital transformation initiatives. This role will provide dedicated coordination, planning, and tracking across the franchise rollout lifecycle, from pre-go-live data readiness through rollout planning, training, go-live, and hypercare. The Project Manager will work closely with the Program Lead, franchise owners, and cross-functional Data, Product, and technical teams to ensure each franchise is prepared for a successful launch. Because rollout waves will overlap, this role will simultaneously support franchises in hypercare while preparing the next cohort for rollout. The Project Manager will operate in support of the Program Lead. Overall program accountability and final franchise-readiness decisions will remain with the Program and Product Leads. Th
