Overview

 We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives within our client's broadband organization. This role will primarily focus on driving a critical outage management program aimed at improving how service disruptions are identified, managed, and communicated to customers across the enterprise footprint. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project/program management professional who excels at coordinating complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering business outcomes. While the role is heavily focused on project and program leadership (80-90%), the successful candidate must also possess enough business analysis and requirements experience (10-20%) to partner effectively with Business Analysts, validate requirements, identify process gaps, and contribute to business requirements documentation. This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days per week in the Stamford, CT or Denver, CO office.  All q
