Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Consultant - Organizational Design to support a Fortune 100 client through a strategic organizational design and research initiative. This consultant will lead hands-on internal and external research efforts to identify opportunities for organizational optimization, translate research findings into actionable recommendations, and develop a roadmap for implementation. The ideal candidate has experience working with large, complex Fortune 100 organizations and has successfully led organizational design, strategy, and transformation initiatives from research through implementation planning. This is an exciting 4-6 month organizational design and research initiative (extensions may be possible).
