Overview  

 We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant or Management Consultant to support a Fortune 100 client through a strategic organizational design and research effort. This consultant will lead hands-on internal and external research efforts to identify opportunities for front line organizational optimization, translate research findings into actionable recommendations, and develop a roadmap and execution strategy for implementation to improve employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience working with complex enterprise front line organizations and has successfully led organizational design or development, defined strategy and transformation initiatives and synthesized research for implementation and execution. This is an exciting long term consulting opportunity involving two phases.
