Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6pm

What's the Short Version?

A Will Call Associate must be able to listen to our customers; consistently meet and exceed their needs and

expectations. Research, locate and load customer orders at a fast and accurate pace. Associates are required to

safely and efficiently load trailers and other vehicles, depending on Ship Via, by manually lifting and stacking cases

of product.

 

 

What Will You Be Doing?

· Operate internal systems that store customer information, such as High Jump and Ody.

· Answer customer inquiries over the phone, via email and in person.

· Offer comparable product substitutions and alternative locations when out of stock.

· Prepare all completed out going USPS for daily pick up.
