Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Error Resolution role researches and resolves any discrepancies with shipments, locations, or product. They are responsible for quickly and accurately locating missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion.
Shift: 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM (M-F)
$21.50 - 28$
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities.
- Maintain accurate department records.
- Understand and accurately processes ship short orders.
- Properly identify, correct, and record mill errors.
- May be required to operate powered lift equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- KSAs
- Proficiency Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
- Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
