What's the Short Version?

The Supervisor, Credit Training combines responsibilities in training, supervising, and supporting the Credit teams, promoting team unity, consistency, and development across the department. They oversee the training efforts for new hires, ensure ongoing skill-building for current Credit team members, and support process management initiatives that foster high performance and adherence to policies. Additionally, they collaborate with Credit trainers to streamline processes across the department, enhance training tools, and support cross-departmental projects with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and adherence to SanMar Family Values.

 

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead AR and Credit team training, ensuring consistency in processes and policies across all roles, including AR, Credit, Resale, New Accounts, and Cash Applications.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including initial paperwork, time clock system setup, attendance policy review, IT setup, and interdepartmental meet-and-greets.
• Oversee training on essential functions, such as AR and Credit processes, communication, customer service, and role-specific tasks.
• Oversee Confluence documentation, ensuring process manuals and training materials are current and
