In your role, you will:

·       Lead and coordinate the execution of activities within the Loads group

·       Define the scope of work and validate the level of effort

·       Ensure work quality (First Time Right) by providing timely and continuous guidance to Loads group personnel

·       Act as a peer reviewer and technical approver

·       Ensure a common approach across various programs

·       Take ownership of problem resolution within the Knowledge Domain for all product lines

·       Lead and coordinate the aircraft-level investigation and problem-solving process using the Problem-Solving Sheet (PSS) methodology and close the loop by documenting lessons learned
