Job Description
1. Project Coordination Responsibilities
These focus on managing SAP implementation or training projects:
- Assist project managers in planning and executing SAP projects
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate between functional teams (SAP consultants, developers, trainers, business users)
- Schedule meetings, training sessions, and workshops
- Maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, risk logs)
- Monitor progress and report issues or delays
- Ensure resources (trainers, materials, systems) are available on time
Focused on enabling end-users to understand and use SAP systems:
- Deliver SAP training sessions (online or classroom-based)
- Train users on modules like:
- SAP FICO (Finance)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

- User manuals
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Quick reference guides
- Conduct hands-on training and system demonstrations
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback

- Help users understand business processes in SAP
