Lead and inspire a vibrant, values-driven alumni network. SAR is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build a premier alumni community. This role is for a creative self-starter who will serve as the central connector for graduates, launching innovative initiatives that foster lifelong connection, learning, and institutional pride. Key Performance Outcomes High levels of alumni pride and active engagement across all life stages. Successful execution of signature high-energy events and reunions. A robust pipeline of alumni leaders, volunteers, and donors. An accurate, up-to-date, and strategically utilized alumni database. Primary Responsibilities Strategy & Programming Set the vision and annual roadmap for global alumni engagement. Design and implement meaningful social, educational, and mission-aligned experiences. Develop high-impact communication strategies to tell the SAR alumni story. Development & Relationship Building Cultivate a culture of philanthropy and increase annual alumni participation in giving. Recruit and steward alumni ambassadors to expand the school's volunteer network. Bridge the gap between current seniors and the alumni community. Operations & Integration Optimize the alumni database (CRM) to drive data-informed engagement strategies. Collaborate across the Development team to support broader institutional goals.
