The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity. You’ll lead design across core product areas, turning messy workflows, legacy systems, and regulatory constraints into clear, usable, and trustworthy experiences. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and influence over product direction.
You’ll work closely with the co-founders, product managers, and engineers to shape how banks and credit unions interact with AI workflow agents, often for users who are not technical, but domain experts.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end design for major product surfaces: discovery, flows, interaction models, and visual systems
Design interfaces for enterprise software and complex, multi-step workflows
