Position Overview:

As a Hull & Deck Infusion – Composites Technician, you will be responsible for infusing high-performance composite parts used in the structure and systems of our autonomous vessels. You will focus on large molds: loading dry material & stringers, installing vacuum manifolds, bagging, drop tests, leak detection, maintaining vacuum catch pots, mixing resin and MEKP to appropriate ratios, and other infusion techniques. This hands-on role is critical to our manufacturing process and directly impacts product reliability and performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail and commitment to industry-leading standards  

• Prepare molds and tooling for composite layup and infusion 

• Perform precise hand layups using dry fiber materials 

• Set up and execute vacuum-assisted resin infusion processes 

• Mix and handle resins, hardeners, and other composite materials in accordance with safety
