DevRel at Sarvam is part engineering, part content, part community — and this role manages the community pillar.

You will be the person who makes Sarvam's developer community a place builders want to belong to. That means running our Discord day to day, designing and operating community programs — hackathons, meetups, office hours, workshops — and making sure every developer who shows up gets a great experience, whether they're asking their first question or shipping their tenth project.

But community at Sarvam isn't just events and engagement metrics. At the core of this role is empathy: you notice where developers get stuck, what they're excited about, and what's missing
