About the Role

The Solution Architect is the trusted technical advisor who bridges what Sarvam builds and what the client needs. You will work alongside the sales and GTM team to understand prospect requirements, translate them into compelling technical narratives, and ensure every deal moves forward with clarity and momentum. You own the technical relationship with the customer's technology decision maker, end-to-end through the pre-sales cycle.

This is not a support role. You will be in client meetings from day one, shaping how enterprises understand and evaluate Sarvam's AI platform. You will build demos, craft proposals, run pilots, and work directly with product and engineering teams to close the gap between what a client asks for and what Sarvam can deliver. The problems you work on will span voice AI, document intelligence
