Lead Manager VA (Seller Lead Management & Follow-Up)

We are looking for Virtual Professionals based in the Philippines.

• This is a fully remote Lead Manager VA (Seller Lead Management & Follow-Up) position.
• Applications with an introduction video attached will be prioritized.
• Due to the fully remote nature of this role, it is important that candidates are comfortable communicating on video calls.

Hard Requirements

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• Must be available to work US Central Time (CT).
• Strong Lead Manager / lead nurturing experience is required. We are prioritizing candidates who are experienced in managing and nurturing leads, not hardcore closers.
• Strong Real Estate experience is required, ideally with real estate investors, wholesalers, motivated sellers, or acquisitions teams.
• Candidates should already have negotiation and/or acquisitions experience to support the future growth of the role.
• Clear, professional English with strong verbal and phone communication.
• Must be comfortable owning and managing a lead pipeline independently, including CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, lead status, and next actions.
