Requirements

THE ESSENTIALS

💰 Pay: $2,000 USD/month, a flat monthly rate

🌎 Location: 100% remote from South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Morocco, the Philippines, or India

🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm US Pacific, Central, or Eastern time (this means evening or overnight hours in your time zone)

🗣️ Languages: Flawless English and fluent Spanish, both required

📊 Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on campaign management

📈 launch a campaign and watch what the numbers are really saying,

🔧 fix what isn't working while there's still budget to save,

🧪 test, learn, and scale what is working.

You'll work across paid ads, email/SMS, copy, and creative, and the mix will change from client to client. What won't change: you own what you run. We don't need someone who launches and waits for the next
