Location: LATAM Remote | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | U.S. Business Hours (PST, CST, or EST)
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that
About the Role
This is a sales-first role for someone who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into customers.
Approximately 80% of your focus will be sales and 20% customer service. You’ll own inbound and outbound lead communication, follow up consistently, qualify prospects, overcome objections, book appointments, and help move customers through the sales process.
This is not a passive customer service position. We’re looking for someone comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, following up multiple times, and asking for the sale.
You’ll also support existing customers when needed, making sure communication remains professional, responsive, and organized throughout the customer journey.
