About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to help coordinate the safe and efficient operation of our growing portfolio of education sites.
Reporting to the Estates and Facilities Lead, you will support in managing day-to-day maintenance requests, contractor activity, compliance schedules and site standards. You will also supervise our Maintenance and Logistics Officers and coordinate the cleaning team and front-of-house provision.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Officer or Assistant Facilities Manager who is ready to take on broader multi-site responsibilities and develop their facilities management career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, clean and fit for purpose.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance requests from initial report through to completion.
