About the Role
We are looking for a Lecturer in Food Business Management to deliver engaging, industry relevant teaching across our Telford campus
The role will focus on helping students understand how food businesses operate, compete, grow and respond to changing commercial, consumer and sustainability pressures. Teaching will combine business theory with practical application across areas such as economics, marketing, operations, entrepreneurship, ethical business and strategic management.
You will use case studies, live business challenges, commercial projects and collaborative activities to help students apply their learning to food producers, retailers, suppliers, hospitality organisations and specialist food enterprises.
The role would suit either an experienced lecturer or a food-sector professional with strong commercial knowledge who is looking to develop a career in higher education. Applicants without extensive teaching experience will need to demonstrate the ability to c
